My preference if I was buying or subscribing to one of these apps right now would be iMazing, which is $79.99 (AUD) for a 'forever' license for extracting data from up to 3 Apple mobile devices, or $69.99/year (AUD) for unlimited devices. Both of these are available for both Mac and Windows computers.īoth allow you to extract messages from the Message app and from WhatsApp. Another one that looks really good is iMazing. I have previously successfully used iPhone Backup Extractor from Reincubate. There are several apps that can achieve this. These apps don't touch the content of your device - they simply take a backup and then extract from that separate backup. ![]() ![]() For the iPhone, the only way you can extract a copy of all the messages in a conversation is if you have a computer, and by using a third-party app that can make a backup of your iPhone and then extract details from that backup.
